Refund Policy

  • If the parents would like to withdraw their child(s) from Capital School, then, they have to inform the Principal / Admission department (in written)and should be including the full details of their child(s) and the reason for leaving.
  • We required at least fifteen school working days’ notice to prepare the exit documents.
  • The student will get ” Transfer Certificate ” and “Report Cards” only after clearing all their dues including the current term fee with the school.
  • Any fee paid except a caution deposit will not be refunded.
  • In the event that all or part of the School is closed temporarily or permanently due to civil unrest, pandemic, or for any other reason, the School will not be liable to refund any fees or other monies it has received.
